I’m asking God to give us 1000 partners to Join the New Beginnings Club. It’s only $8.00 per month or $96 per year. The reason we call it the New Beginnings Club is because in the Bible the number 8 is for new beginnings. You can give the kids a new begginning and you can also have a new beginning by helping hurting people and being like Jesus. Who wants to help?
I would like for a rich person to donate $1,000,000, I would name the kids homes after them. But the facts are most of our support come by small $ amounts. We really do love it that way because we want everyone to get blessed by giving what they can. There are speacial blessings from God when we help the poor.

Times are not good but God is. Some times I need to remind my self of this fact. Right now we are seeing changes taking place with our economy and government that we don’t like and are flat out scary. I have to remember I’m a citizen of the Kingdom of God. My finances health, and wealth are not determined by a President, Government, or Wall street, but by God. He takes care of us out of his riches in glory.

Psalm 46:1-3

¹ God is our refuge and strength,         A very present help in trouble. ² Therefore we will not fear,         Even though the earth be removed,          And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; ³ Though its waters roar and be troubled,         Though the mountains shake with its swelling.  Selah

Matthew 6:32-34

³² For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. ³³ But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. ³⁴ Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

At Philippine Vision we are seeing a rise in people wanting to help. Recently we received several box’s of cloths, food, shoes, school supplies, and more from a family by the name of Watkins in Canada. They sent the Box’s directly to the Philippines. Our people had such a great time blessing the kids. The kids get so excited when they see box’s arrive. When we give them things some times they will cry, and laugh. Thank you so much Watkins Family. We receive cloths and things all the time but its so great when people send them direct to the Philippines. That way we don’t have to pay for the shipping, its such a blessing to us. One of the video we made is Adopt a Box, we made this video to raise funds to pay for the cost of shipping. We always need people to Adopt a Box.

I still need $30,000 to pay off the land in Candaguit. The price changes until it paid off according to the exchange rate. This last year we went from 56 pesos per dollar to now 47 pesos, that hurts. Our commitment does not change according to what we see because we walk by faith. If I went by what I see we would have quit a long time ago. We are moving forward feeding, clothing, sheltering kids.In my update May 1, 2004 I said    “  When God shows me what Philippine Village is to be like I see happy people. I see people that are made whole. I see kids laughing, swinging on the swings in our park. I see people going to the prayer chapel at the top of the hill to pray and to watch the whales and dolphins in the ocean below. I see workers cutting bananas from our 1,000 trees. I see a church that never closes, that has services day and night. I see people just sitting around on benches talking and listening to music coming from the speakers in the trees.”   I still believe it and see it.

We were recently asked by the Principal  of Candaguit Elementary  School if we could give them at least 2 more ceiling fans. We need $40.00 per fan, if you would like to help buy these fans let us know. God is faithful we shall not fear, we all have to stay on the path of showing people how good God is. Dear Friends and Partners,

What it takes to build a ministry took me awhile to understand since I didn’t know. I knew God had given me a vision and desire but where did I go from there? I started by calling ministries to ask if they could tell me what to do. To my surprise they didn’t say well you do 1, 2, 3 etc., in fact they didn’t tell me anything. I was dumb founded. Why didn’t they offer to help me? Some even told they didn’t like my vision. I was hard headed, I just kept asking. The Holy Spirit said to me what are you doing I’m your teacher. I’ll tell you that was a welcomed statement coming from God. The Holy Spirit was going to train me, Praise God! I became a student of God’s word, and prayer. Little by little I started learning it was all based on Love. When I heard Kenneth Copeland say everything has to start and finish with Love the Holy Spirit confirmed that’s how you start a ministry. I was so surprised it was that easy. When God who is Love tells you that everything happens by Love it will change your life and ministry. Now I’m going to save you sometime and share with you what I’ve learned. We found you use these same principals when teaching new converts and for people involved in religion.

#1 Except and receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior ( make him the Lord of your life). As you do this forget your past or you will not have a future. Since God has made you a new creation and cleansed you from all sin you have to believe it and receive it. #2 Realize who you are now in Christ Jesus. Study the Abraham Covenant. (Genesis 12:1-3)God told Abraham through his seed he would bless the entire earth,(Deuteronomy 28:8-13 that they would be the head not the tell, that they would be the above only,and not be beneath if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, God made this covenant with Abraham and the Jewish people and we received it through Jesus. Galatians 3:29 And if you are in Christ’s, then you are Abraham seed, and heirs according to the promise. (covenant) We can do all things in Christ who strengthens us.

#3.Jesus gave us 2 commandments in them all the commandments are fulfilled. Mark 12:30-31 “And you shall love the Lord our God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength . This is the first commandment . And the second, like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandments greater than these”

#4 Tithes and offerings Malachi 3:6″ For I am the Lord, I do not change” Malachi 3:8-12 “Will a man rob God? But you say In what way have we robbed You? In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse. For you have robbed Me. When we love God with all, we give him the tithes. When we love are neighbor, we give offerings and this releases God blessings.

#5 Wisdom comes by asking God for it James 1:5

” If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him” Proverb 2:6-7 “For the Lord gives wisdom: From His mouth come knowledge and understanding: He stores up sound wisdom for the upright

#6 Have faith in God. Hebrews 11:6 ” But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder  of those who diligently seek Him. 2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we walk by faith not by sight.” This was hard for me when I would go to the mail box and it was empty. Romans 10:17 ” So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God. Matthew 17:20 “So Jesus said to them, because of your unbelief, for assuredly , I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain , Move from here to there, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”

#7 Prayer is the most important thing we do. In prayer we ask God for what he has already provided 2Peter 1:3 “as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue. by which have given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the devine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” The word says God knows what we need before we ask but tells us to ask anyway. Talk to God he waiting for you. Ask him for what you need, thank him for it and believe that you receive. Don”t keep asking, God is not hard of hearing just continue praising him for it. Ask God and he will bring the right people into your life or ministry, don’t you try on your own.

#8 Prosperity is ours. God is the God of prosperity. Do we believe he is the God of poverty? He is our Father and we are his children and he delights in our prosperity. Is God mad at us? Does he want us to live in poverty while he lives in luxury? 2 Corinthians 9:8-9 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you always having all sufficiency in all things, may have abundance for every good work. As it is written: He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” Psalm 35:27 “Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteousness cause; And let them say continually , Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servants.” Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto thy father , as it is this day.” God blesses us so we can be a blessing. We can’t help anyone if we are just getting by.

#9 Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven. We are Ambassadors of Christ 2 Corinthians 5:20 we can have everything that the Kingdom we represent has. We are not allowed to state what we believe or think but only what the Kingdom tells us to say. We have to renew our minds and read Gods word to make sure we are telling people the right things. Jesus himself being the King would not be welcome in most churches today. He would say nothing is impossible to him that believe, He would never use the word maybe, sometimes, or you never know what God will do. They would kick him out for not understanding religion. He would heal everyone. He would not make people sick or poor to teach them.

#10 Confession brings possession.Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit What we say does matter. If you go around talking about I can’t do this or that, you can’t. So you have to change what you say, I can do all things through Christ. Don”t talk poor or even tease about, its not funny. Poor people kill and steal more then the rich. Change it to, I have the Financial favor of God, I will bless the entire world. Always say what God says about you. Think about this, God made everything by just stating it. We are made in his image. God loves us.

God is your source, its not your church, not your job, but God. Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. At Philippine Vision we see how God is providing all that we ask to fulfill the vision. The vision is being fulfilled. We pray for you everyday and we thank you for praying for us. God bless you. Hurricane Katrina relief – Bibles delivered by Friendships.org As born again spirit filled believers we are Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, since we represent the Kingdom it is our job to show the world what the Kingdom is like. In the Kingdom there is no sickness, no poverty, no depression, no lack of any kind. As ambassadors we have the power and authority of the King (Jesus) . The Lord prayed that it would be done on earth as it is in Heaven. We represent Heaven on Earth so we have to talk and act like our King . Jesus said what ever we bind would be bound and what ever we loose (release) would be loosed. God’s spirit dwells in us as it did in Jesus so we can do as he did. He said I don’t do these miracles but the Father who is in me does them . We have the same abilities as Jesus if we will have the faith and believe.

He told us that what ever we ask the Father in his name the Father would do it. He said you have not because you ask not, we have to ask God and receive, wisdom, healing, needs and wants according to his will. We learn his will by reading his word. Jesus died for our healing and Salvation, do we need to ask if it God will for healing or Salvation ? of course not. God said it is his pleasure to bless us, do we need to ask if it is his will? of course not. God blesses us so we can be a blessing to other by meeting their needs spiritually, emotionally and physically. When we are Ambassadors ((Webster’s definition says the highest ranking diplomatic representative of one government to another, the chief executive’s representative.).)

We know what is available in the Kingdom and we show that. Jesus said he came to set the captive free , our job is also to set the captive free. If a person does not have salvation he is a captive, if he is sick, in bondage, poor, oppressed, broken, no peace or in lack of any kind he is a captive. We have the power, authority to set them free through Jesus. Now your asking how do we do all the things? We do them by prayer, faith and reading God word. Without Faith it is impossible to please God. I never did any thing until I realized who I was in Christ. Once I found out I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me I started helping and blessing people all over the world. People says I’m crazy when I say I’m out to change the world, but I’m not I’m just like Christ when he said he was about doing his Fathers business. Every day I say who can I bless today, because that’s our families business (The family of God).

Monolithic domes built to for the poor and needy world wide just returned from Texas and Louisiana. In Texas I took classes to learn how to build concrete dome homes. We will build the domes we need for our ministry, the poor and build for other ministries all over the world. This won’t only benefit the people that get the domes but it will provide jobs for many people in the Philippines that have none. We will have a team that can travel any where people and ministries want them We teach that God wants us to be the head not the tail, he prays that above all thing we prosper and be in health as our soul prosper so at Philippine Vision we will prove its true.

Hurricane Katrina relief – toys for the kids by Friendships.org After leaving Texas I went to Louisiana to help with the effort of http://www.friendships.org giving away children cloths, toys, baby formula, diapers and baby wipes. It was so rewarding to be Christ hands . I believe in this ministry and learned so much from them while I was there. I love to give to people that have needs of any kind. Thank you Friendships for allowing me to help I love you.

I want to thank everyone that prays and supports Philippine Vision Ministry, we our so close to having the land paid off and start building. I also want to thank Micheal and Anne in Australia for the toys and things they sent to Cebu. The kids loved them so much.

God is good. Praise his holy name. God is love, 1 John 4:11-18. Since God is love and his spirit dwells in me, that love has to flow out of me. I have no choice but to show and tell the hurting people of this world. This is why we are building Philippine Village in Cebu. To tell and show these people how good and loving God is. Listen to what Jesus said when asked which command in the laws is the most important. Matt 22:37-40 “Love the Lord God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commands hang all the laws and the prophets.” Everything we do depends on us obeying these two commandments, In them are the answers to all things.

In love (God) is all the answers, the world and the people of this world are hurting but we have the cure. In God is the answers to poverty, sickness, hunger, lack, death, and any hopelessness. There are thousands of people and children in the Philippines that need so much, they have nothing. Hosea 4:6 says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” We have to proclaim that God is love and in him is all the answers. We are so blessed to have been given a vision and knowledge for them and the world.

The place we are building will have people coming that are hungry. They will be fed. People coming that are sad, they will be made happy. People coming that need clothes, they will be clothed. People coming that need food, they will leave with food. People coming that need a job, will learn a trade. People coming that need a place to live, will find rest. People coming that need medical care, will find healing. People coming that need a church, will find God. Kids coming that don’t have parents or a home, will find a family and a place to live. This is the church of Jesus Christ.

When God shows me what Philippine Village is to be like I see happy people. I see people that are made whole. I see kids laughing, swinging on the swings in our park. We are making progress getting the land paid for. We are a little over half paid. We can’t start building until the land is paid off. I need 40 people that will give $1,000 each during this year. This will pay off the land and allow us to start building. The devil has fought us hard for this land, the stories are unbelievable. However, we can do all things in Christ. I’ve never known such joy and purpose in my life until I started giving to this vision. I want you to know the same. Call, write, or email us and let us know you are one of the 40.

My present job is a janitor. I clean apartments, houses and buildings to help support this ministry while preparing to move to Cebu with my wife Jocelyn and 4-month-old son Joshua. I study, pray, and seek God as I wait to transition to full time missionary. Mike Murdock said something I will never forget, “In order to have something you never had, you have to do something you have never done.”

Here at Philippine Vision we see God’s love all the time through people. We received a phone call from a lady named Lee-Ann. She said she had seen our website and that her and her children wanted to send some clothes and toys to the kids. I told her thank you after talking with her awhile. A couple of days later she called back and told me she mentioned this to the principal at her kids public grade school. The principal asked her if the school could help also. She had Lee-Ann address the school children and ask them to collect toys and clothes. They collected 12 boxes of items to be sent. Now Lee-Ann is trying to figure out how to ship all these boxes. The school contacted her and said they would pay the shipping. The toys and clothes are in the hands of kids in the Philippines now. Most of these kids have never had a toy or new clothes before. Thank you Lee-Ann and kids!

Dear Friends and Partners,

Here at Philippine Vision we have been busy working on projects throughout our ministry. We received a call from a desperate father who’s child was in the hospital. He needed to get his child released but had no money. In this hospital you have to pay the bill before you can leave. The bill was adding up by over $10 per day. The longer the child stayed, the more desperate the situation was becoming. At the time we learned of this , we were at the Dream Center in LA with the Lord of Harvest Church. I told my wife some how God would provide the money needed by the time we leave LA. My wife and I were helping on Saturday with Adopt-A-Block and I was as asked to preach on the street. When I finished they took an offering for us. On Sunday at church one of the leaders gave us a large donation. With these funds we were able to send the money to the father. God is so good. We needed to replace the roof on our large building in the Philippines, and a man we had never met learned of this and decided to pay for it. People from all over have been sending us clothing, we collected over 1200 pieces to send. We are seeing miracles upon miracles.

Our duty as Christians is to be like Jesus. The Bible says we are the body of Christ, if we are the body that means we are Christ’s eyes, ears and hands. So we are looking for , listening for, and reaching out to people that have needs. We know we are to be like and act like Him.

That father with the child in the hospital is very common in the Philippines. People take their sick kids to the hospital then they don’t have the money to get them released. A lot of times parents abandon their kids because they can’t pay. We want to be able to help them when we can. We receive calls from people telling us there are kids at the hospital that have been abandoned and they ask, “Can you take them in?” Right now, we are not in the position where we can we have to say. This breaks our hearts, we have got to build our kids homes soon. We go by the golden rule and it is very rewarding, treat others how you would want to be treated. Friends, if you just do that it will bring joy that you have never known.

On occasion I’m asked to speak at churches or before groups about what we are doing. I tell about our vision and how I’m just a layman that said yes Lord I will feed the hungry, cloth the naked and give water to the thirsty. I then try to motivate people to do something and love them like Jesus. When I do this something comes over me and I’m happier than I have ever been before.

I’ve been traveling to other ministries to learn from them. Recently I was at the Dream Center in Los Angeles (www.dreamcenter.org) and attended Pastor Tommy Barnet’s Pastor School. During the 3 days you have the choice of over 60 classes on various ministries you can learn how to operate and start them. While I was there I spent time with Pastor Clayton Golliher. His ministry is Hope for Homeless Youth (www. Hopeforhomelessyouth.org). This ministry rescues hundreds of runaway youth from the mean streets of Hollywood and the surrounding areas. These teens come for the lights and glamour but shortly find themselves hooked into prostitution or drug dealing in order to survive. This ministry scours the “squats” and back alleys providing a better way and an alternative discipleship to wayward youth. I learned so much from Pastor Clayton and a volunteer worker named Eric Brockhoff. These are truly great men of God.

I learned about another ministry called Walter Having Home (www.walterhovinghome.org). This ministry is a Christian rehabilitation home serving women 18 years old or older who have been involved in drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution, and other life controlling problems. The leader is a wonderful man named John Benton. I was able to take a tour of his Pasedena facility and learn how they help women in California and New York. John has written over 30 books telling the story of women that they have helped. His books and life are truly inspiring. They will make you want to do the same.

Then there is Lord of Harvest Church at the Dream Center. This church is for the Filipino people. This church believes in creating future Christian leaders through their many programs. My wife and I always attend when we’re in LA. We love this church. Pastor Benny Aranas is a loving and caring man of God. I consider him one of my mentors.

As you can see I have been searching out ministries that do what we are doing and what we want to do. I have to learn from these great ministries. When I worked for Jim Bakker I was always learning from the ministers that would come to Heritage USA. I learned some great things from Jim. The most important was never give up.

I’m asking for your prayers and support. We need to pay off the land so we can start building. I know God is going to do great things in the Philippines. We are going to build a food factory. We are talking to Kids Against Hunger ( www.feedingchildren.org) about this project. We will produce their food and distribute it in the Philippines and throughout Southeast Asia. We can feed 7128-7225 people for $1600. This food brings starving kids and adults back to wellness. Building a Ministry Update November 30, 2003

Dear Friends and Partners,

Greeting in the name of our lord Jesus Christ, I want to thank you for all your prayers and support. In September we were able to pay $23,000 down on the land in Cebu. Thank you to all of you that contributed to this . You know some gave nickles, dimes and dollars, it all is very much appreciated. Your gifts of $5, $10, $100 or $? means so much to the people of the Philippines. For as little as $5 we can feed a child for one week.

We now are working to pay off the land, we owe $45,000. Since we bought this land we have learned it is worth over $500,000, but to us it is priceless.

This is God’s land and will be used by a lot of ministries. We are going to use the concept of the Dream Center in Los Angeles, many ministries working together. We are now looking for a pastor to give our large 2 story building to, so we will have a church. We need a total of $100,000 to build the other ministry buildings. This is for 40 kids and the worker homes. Please continue to help us build this place for hurting people, a place where people can come for help when they think no one cares.
